PAYMENTS

TSD Logistics offers many different payment options for our carriers, including Transflo, Quick Pay and Direct Payment. All information regarding billing can be found below. We also offer customized payment options. Please contact your carrier representative if you have a custom payment request.

Fuel Advance

  • In order to prevent fraud, fuel advances are only available to carriers after completing third load
  • 40% of total payment with a $10 adminstration charge after load is picked up
  • BOL required, please email to team@tsdinc.com or fax to (903) 831-8993
  • Issued by EFS check

Billing Information

Direct Payment

  • Upon receipt of proper paperwork,* we can make an electronic payment directly to your bank account
  • Each payment is accompanied by an email detailing payment information (can be sent to two addresses)
  • Fill out Direct Payment Form to be enrolled in program
  • Standard payment terms are 10 days upon receipt of proper paperwork

Standard Mail, Email or Fax

  • Upon delivery, please send all proper paperwork* to one of the following:

  • Standard payment terms are 10 days upon receipt of proper paperwork
  • No fees for standard payment

Quick Pay

  • Full amount paid with a $10 administration charge after load is delivered

  • Issued by EFS check

TRANSFLO $Velocity

* Proper paperwork signifies BOL, POD, carrier invoice and any pertinent receipts.
